Escape an Aussie dunny!
Nature calls so you've slipped free of your tour group in search of a restroom.
Unfortunately, the only toilet you've seen on the tour of celebrity Huge Axeman’s house is the old dunny out the back. And ever since the man himself had gone crazy and taken to the bush several years ago, its door has remained permanently closed...
But now, with a little force you've managed to pry it open enough to slip through and make use of the long drop inside.
Sitting silently in the fading light, you’re almost finished your business when you hear a rustling outside. You sit up abruptly to take a cautious look outside when suddenly the door slams shut!
Your greatest fears are realised as you try the door, and realise it's locked. With only an hour of sunlight left, you'll need to work quickly to escape and make it back to your friends. Otherwise, like the Axeman himself, you may disappear forever...

+ You will have one hour to escape The Dunny.
+ This room has a difficulty or 7 out of 10.
+ The Dunny is for groups of 4 - 8 players.
+ No mobile phones, smart watches, cameras, video cameras or sound recording devices are permitted.
+ We provide lockers at our venues for your valuables.
+ You should arrive 15 minutes before your booking start time.
+ Interest in The Dunny is huge already! When bookings open, we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment!
HEALTH & SAFETY
+ Panic buttons will allow you to exit The Dunny early, should you need to.
+ You will be monitored on CCTV at all times.
+ If you are under the influence of drink or drugs - you will not be allowed to play, this applies to all of our escape rooms at Escape This.

WHERE IS THE DUNNY ESCAPE ROOM?
Our The Dunny escape room will be centrally located in the City of Perth's CBD as well as our Manly Beach, Sydney escape rooms venue, with easy access by foot, train, ferry or car.
IS THIS A CHILD FRIENDLY ESCAPE ROOM?
Absolutely! The Dunny is sure to prove fun for the whole family, recommended for any eager escape room players aged 9+.
HOW DIFFICULT WILL THE DUNNY ESCAPE ROOM BE TO PLAY?
The Dunny is a good intermediate escape room with a difficulty rating or 3.5 out of 5. Ideal for a mixed group of experienced and first time escapers.
WILL OUR GROUP BE PLAYING THE DUNNY WITH STRANGERS?
At Escape This, all bookings are exclusive to your group. This has always been (and will remain to be) our policy before, during and after COVID.
CAN WE PLAY IN COSTUME?
You certainly can! Whatever you choose to wear, please wear closed footwear and, ideally, something that is comfortable to move around in.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY THE DUNNY AT THE SAME TIME?
The maximum group size that The Dunny can accommodate is 12 people.
